The village is a part of Bolyarovo municipality, Yambol region, southeastern Bulgaria. It is located about 45 km away from the regional center - the town of Yambol, about 10 km away from the town of Bolyarovo, about 30 km away from the town of Elhovo and about 70 km away from the beach in Burgas city. The population is about 400 people. The village is electricity and water supplied, has coverage of mobile operators, Internet access and cable TV. There is a regular bus service to neighboring towns and villages. It has a mineral springs, a GP, a kindergarten, school, a community center, a mayoralty, library, church, grocery stores and cafes. Many international families live in the village permanently.
