Payment plans
2000 Euro - deposit - the apartment will be reserved for a period of 14 days;
1. Standard payment plan: When paying the full amont within 6-month period- 5% discount!- valid only until 30 April 2011
* 50% - upon signing of the preliminary contract;
* 50% - 6 months after signing the contract (without interest);
With the standard payment plan the client could use the apartment and start receiving rent immediately after the ownership has been transferred and the deal has been finalized with a Notary.
2. When paying 100% of the price - 6% discount! The client in this case can use the apartment as soon as possible and take advantage of the high-income rental (if he chooses to rent out the property).
